TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All guards are responsible for their own situational choices.
• All physical force that happens on-site must be reported to your hiring agency or PPO within 7 days to be submitted to BSIS.
• Any force used with a firearm must be reported to the BSIS within 24 hours.
• This instruction is for informational purposes only and is to give a basic understanding of procedures and implementation.
• By enrolling in or participating in any program at ASAP Security Academy, the student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASAP Security Academy, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the student’s actions, omissions, negligence, or breach of Academy policies during their participation, acknowledging the inherent risks of security training and assuming full responsibility for their conduct, except where solely caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Academy.
• Entities shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of the Training.
• This includes both direct and indirect consequences of training-related activities.
